Decide How You Want Your Calls Answered During After Hours

  1. Open a web browser
  2. In the address window type in, login.ringcentral.com
  3. Using your administrator’s credentials, login to your Ring Central account
  4. Select the Users tab
  5. Click on the name you want to make changes to
  6. Select the Call Handling and Forwarding drop down menu
  7. Select the After Hours tab
  8. Click on the drop-down menu
  9. Here is where you can select how you want your calls to be answered: Send callers directly to voicemail, Play announcement and disconnect, Forward calls, and Unconditional forwarding
  10. If you decide you want to have your calls forwarded, this is where you would enter the phone number you want them forwarded to
  11. Once you have made your changes, make sure to click Save
