A1 Bizcom began 22 years ago with just Ruben Pina Sr. and Cindy Pina under the name Talk Path Communications. We began with dialer work; traveling all over Texas in our little Ford Festiva (mind you it had no A/C). A few years down the line we changed our name to Rio City Telephones and upgraded to a second phone line! This was big time for us back then.

Around the same time we started doing work in Mexico. For a few years we spent roughly 20% of the year in Mexico teaching future techs that would take over. After a few years of training the techs there was no more Mexico work for us to do and we concentrated on San Antonio. We started selling Samsung systems and doing local work and ever since then and have never looked back.

Another few years down the line we changed our name to A1 Bizcom. The reason being because we were getting confused with another telecom company here in San Antonio that had a similar name. A few of our customers would call us upset because of the bad work they thought we were doing. So, to avoid anymore confusion, we changed our name to A1 Bizcom.

In the past two years we have gone through extensive traning with Samsung and other IT companies to be certified in the latest technology. We stay up to date on the latest technology and offer the best possible solutions to our customers. We have branched out into the VoIP field and have had a very good run so far. From here on out it is only up and we hope you stick around for the ride!
